Your Store account and your program portal (library) account are separate accounts (although they are linked together in the background by email address).
Go to https://yourempoweredlife.com/pages/member-login and use the email that you used to register and your password to login.
If you are loggining into our new program portal (Thinkific) for the first time you will need to reset your password. Click, "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address you have used in the past to access your program portal (library). You will receive an email with instructions. Reset your password HERE
When a customer makes a purchase for the first time in our store, an account will be created in our learning platform associated with the email address given during checkout and the purchased programs will be added to that account. An email will be sent to the customer with instructions on how to access their programs.
