I don't see all my programs/lessons within my Library, what should I do?
Please look through your entire library, sometimes it can be a page or two in. Scroll to the bottom of your Library and click the page numbers to check each page.
Sometimes the issue lies in the fact that you have a duplicate account with us associated with a different email address. Please check to see if you used a different email in the past. If you would like us to merge these two accounts, please send an email request to email@example.com with "merge accounts" in the subject line.
Please let us know the email addresses used and which email address you wish to use going forward. Remeber to always use this email for future purchases to ensure that all your programs and lessons are in one place!
